Review Scammer

I sent my friend per money gram the lady took all deatails and the next day sent me a whattsapp telling me my friend has lost her hand bag and is now trying to scam me?
What kind of bank is this? I would like this person to loose her job immeadatly or i will complain to your supirers and to money gram.
This is inacceptable.
