Review Requesting services

The person I spoke to was not a good listener and didn’t seem to understand my query without probing for more information I was promised a call back the next day and this did not happen. I have tried chasing my query but I am ignored. If my legal enquiry is out of scope they should say. Poor communication and a lack of common decency.
