Unprofessional frontline staff
I had an encounter with one lady at the front desk who obviously was unhappy with my presence and had no clue what confidentiality meant. She was simply unprofessional and destroyed whatever good image I had of the place. I lost any interest to be there, took my card and left. I'm done with this place.

Very true, I visited the clinic on 30th August 2020 and the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. She lacks basic professional etiquette and she’s nonchalant. Everyone that encountered her was upset. A fair lady with cut hair. She needs training before the Organisation losses their clients.
