The people at Presto are very proactive. My machine was delivered and installed before the estimated delivery date, which helped me to kick start my quality test lab before time. Their sales team is very humble and understood my pain point areas. People at Presto are very particular about their commitments. They don't make any tall claims or false commitments to entice the buyer.
I am very satisfied with their service till now and hopefully in future as well.
