Review We were defrauded!!! Very disappointing for such a reputable company

We called the number on the website +233 24 376 3501 to order Alvaro and malt, we spoke to a lady named Linda Asare who took our order and we were asked to pay Ghs 1500 into this momo account ********. And we were told the order would come that day, that was Thursday 28/01/21. And till today the ordered drinks never came, we then called the second number after we called the first number multiple times with no response, only to be told that they were sorry for the experience and it will be investigated . It seemed we were duped, if the +233 24 376 3501 is fake why is it online and the first contact number for Guiness Ghana Kumasi? because it’s the first number and a lot of people will end up calling it, I’m sure we aren’t the first, so why hasn’t something been done about it?
