It is a scammer, not belaqua. Dont pay them and check with belaqua HQ. They ask for an advance payment 80cedis and do not answer the phone after deposit. They already withdrew the money. Reported it to mobile co. and belaqua HQ. Dont pay them. Ask belaqua and they will tell you the nearest distributor contact.
