Review of Electricity Company of Gh. (ECG)

Please, why is the lights off almost every 20 minutes at Kwadaso Estate in Kumasi and also every morning after the lights off almost every 20 minutes in the evening. Yea i know can i kinda short or lack in the energy sector but please that doesn't mean you should be unfair to the people at Kwadaso Estate. Please attend to this matter cz u have spoilt lots of people's electrical gadgets are being destroyed day in and day out
