I want to something first,is it right for express post to open someone package or items before calling the owner,that's not right, this is bad customer service

I dont think that company exists in Ghana. Even if you try to search on Google. You will see they are many in Ghana but if you try to call the number the person might say yes is true but you have to pay before delivery or paying half of it. Bro they are all scammers.
