Review My humble request, please i need help to undergo a dental surgical procedure.

Please greetings to His Excellency the President,i am born with a congenital malformation of my teeth known as multiple impacted teeth which has affected the formation of my teeth. I am currently 26years of age and i still have all my milky teeth which was suppose to remove at age six to eight years all intact and causing my permanent teeth imbedded in my jaw bones which is causing me pain, discomfort, ear and throat infections and emotional stress mostly coming from the people i encounter.
Please i sincerely need your financial aid to undergo a dental surgical procedure to relieve me off the pain and discomfort and also have dental implants which i can not afford for. Please kindly put a smile on my face Mr President i look forward to your aid.
