Had to wait for over 45mins for a doctor and almost an hour for a lab tech. When it's been advertised as a 24hour facility.

I had a nice experience with Hobem clinic. Very good service delivery but so sorry for the inconvenience caused you. I know it is not deliberate. Keep calm cos “caring is their calling”
