Review A sickle cell anemic patient

Good day his excellency, please my name is Cynthia Asiedu and I'm 18 years of age. I'm born with sickle cell disease and also having a chronic ulcer on both ankles. I am unable to do anything even to go to school I can't. I am leaving with my widowed mother and she hardly get money to get me my drugs whenever I get crisis.
Please I heard there's now a cure for it and that is the bone marrow transplant, please His Excellency I need help to do this transplant so I can be free from all the pain and constant occurrence of the chronic ulcer, and also I can reduce the stress load from my poor mum cause am not the only child she's caring for, we are 3 in number with the last child diagnosed of sickle cell and HIV. Please His Excellency I need help, I don't need money I just want to well again.
