Bad and deceptive customer service at their new Atomic branch. We went there with a prescription, but they did something else, lying about it and behaving as if they are doing us a favor.
They forgot we are paying customers, we were not getting the glasses for free and deserve to get the best of what we paid for.
Good explanation of course is lacking without being openly insolent.
What they want is: give us the money, don't ask any question about what you paid for, take it as it is and off you go.
Low quality service, lack of understanding from the customer's perspective, flawed / rude sales girls (just one was okay) and total waste of time and money! A place to definitely avoid.
