I can confirm that what people say negative about the company and its employees is true. With so much criminal energy buried under by them, it's hard to breathe to call out for help. They use the customs law of Ghana to increase their own profit immorally by writing unjustified invoices. If you don't pay on time, they threaten that it will only get more expensive because the rent for freight in the port is increasing every day. It becomes doubly uncomfortable when the clearing agent notices that the goods can ultimately be auctioned for the benefit of the Ghanaian customs authorities instead of helping to bring the responsible persons to prison.
(I paid before $400 for the shipment to the sender.)

They charge soo much money in the name of handling charges.Which is even more than the price for duty. They also keep your goods and tell you they are offloading just to make you pay for more storage. I would not advice anyone to ship through them.They are a really fraudulent.It should be closed down

This company is hell. Very bad customer service and they charge exorbitant fees in the name of handling charges. They intentionally delay releasing your goods and tell you they have no information about when they will arrive. They never answer their phone calls, sometimes they hang up. It's my second time with these crooks and I'm so done with them.
How can you charge such high fees yet give poor customer service

Bad company ,very bad bad bad bad , they cheated our goods and money ,and the shippment already arrived,but they said not arrived and the tracking information shows already arrived and they don't want to give client shipment ,
Talking good words with Chinese forwarders,but they are so bad bad , if someone cooperates with this company , they will lose money and produts.
