Scam company
They charge soo much money in the name of handling charges.Which is even more than the price for duty. They also keep your goods and tell you they are offloading just to make you pay for more storage. I would not advice anyone to ship through them.They are a really fraudulent.It should be closed down

Am currently facing a situation like that ( handling charges) even though i ship my goods with CIF which simply means all the charges included and now they are tell me to pay handling charges every expensive
Indeed they’re criminals
