After how many days will my passport be returned to me after I won my appeal and my passport is demanded for my visa to be put in

I was refused a visa on tier 5. Point base system and I want if administrative review is still in service as am really confused. The eco was totally wrong and bossy.

MY MUM, JOSEPHINE ATALI, LIVED AND WORKED IN LONDON BETWEEN 2004 AND 2010 AS A NURSE. SHE FELL SICK AND CAME TO GHANA, BUT DIED TWO WEEKS AFTER HER ARRIVAL. NOW, MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I ACCESS HER NATIONAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION? BECAUSE, I LIVE IN GHANA.

As a Nigerian citizen schooling in Ghana, I want to apply for UK visa for visit but is it compulsory for me to have Ghana non citizenship card before applying for that? And I want to know the important documents needed from me for the UK visa application?

I was refused the application on grounds which I will like to seek administrative review.

The grounds where due to lack of understanding of the document and a bypass of the additional information note on the application form.
