I paid for a package to be shipped. Why do they have to pay the bill again???? I shipped it in a flat rate box so I wouldn't have this problem. What is the phone number. Then you just go through what I sent. Who has my things???

Kristy , I know what you are talking about . I shipped my wife a package that I paid $131.00 to ship it to her . Now it weighed 7 pounds 2ozs , when she went to pick it up they want $500.00 from her to get to package . and she had to paid it to get it .Ridiculous you ars being robbed with out a gun . something needs to be done but what the post master will not even talk to you . My friends and I made some t shirts in Ghana for a birthday celebration in Spain. T shirts slippers everything made on time by this lovely woman. Items send and charged expensively by EMS Ghana . They said 5 working days . It has been 16days now. Party is over t shirts useless now as it had

Very very very poor service...they should close down because they are actualy doing nothing. It can take months before I got my Mail from family abroad. Now I am abroad and it's the same. You post a letter from abroad it takes at most a week to get to Ghana.... Then it sits at the post office for months before it is dispatched. Terrible.

No one ever picks the phone. You're letting yr customers down, company money lost through poor service nd credibility. Do yr best to provide a better customer service nd represent Ghana well globally.

How can you take extra money on packages that the postage fee have already been paid for without issuing receipt? Who ever took 3.6 million from my wife as an extra fee for posting one of my old phones to her will definitely vomit it.

why does it take so long for you to deliver items to the owners. it can take about a month for you to deliver the items why or is it the way you work then reconsider your how you do your work. because your customers are suffering

They are not given their costumer a good satisfaction, the workers over there are incompetent workers,to even pick a customers call it is a problem. They just sit down there doing nothing.

I'm seriously trying to track my daughter letter that was posted to her in Ghana from her brother in Spain on 09/04/2014 and no one can tell us anything. Iive in Ghana and I know the people are good.
