problem of recharging
i bought a scratch card for internet bundle. i was told the card has been used. i am trying to talk to any of your customer care representatives but am not getting access

Unauthorized Subscriptions
what is this unauthorized subscription notices i keep on receiving. i don't subscribe to any of this thrash and yet they keep on running on my account. I buy credit and in a short while it gets finished all because you people sign me on some of your products which are irrelevant and useless to me which end up consuming my data. I am not interested in any of your products so please stop signing me on your products without my consent. this is totally nonsense. how do you people subscribe me without my consent.stop this rubbish.

Honestly what your mobile money system is doing these days is not fine at all
I sent money to another network and for three days now the person has not received it, I called earlier and was told is a fault and that in two days it will be rectified, still the money has not been sent to the person, what sort of back and forth process Is this?

Poor Network service
No doubt Airtel on it's own was an excellent network,used it for 3 years without a problem. After the merger with Tigo,it's the worse network now. Data service is really bad, downloading a 5 kb pix on WhatsApp takes forever. Called customer care they said they'll get back to me, it's been more than a week and counting. I won't even talk about making calls. Was hoping for better with the merger but am left disappointed, I miss my Airtel service. AirtelTigo should do well and give feedbacks when there is a problem or break in service,it shows you value and respect your clients. Am sure people will start switching soon, AirtelTigo please be the difference.

Customer service very poor
On the 30th of July 2018, I loaded 20ghana for what was listed as big bundle for internet. Within 9 minutes I received notification that I have 20percent of the bondle left. No browsing or automatic download done. Called customer service, I was notified that they do see the deduction but no boundle activated. For the past 48hrs. I have been calling and I get the run around for the past 48hrs. No refund and not boundle. Now when I call customer service they just hung up the call. Horrible service, I tend to use it for internet but will obtain Vodafone as I cannot conduct my business

Please I am having problems with my service.My airtel Sim is inserted in my phone but I'm experiencing no service and I would like this to be addresses immediately

Worst mobile provider ever
I am traveling in Ghana and took up airtel prepay hard on recommendation of the shop. Probably airtel pays the highest commission.

Please stay away from Airtel, I have never experienced a worse telecom provider. Friday night suddenly my mobile data would not work. I had to up again (eventhough I still had almost 1gb of data allowance). I went to the Airtel shop in Oxford street mall. With only two peeps in front of me, I had to wait a long time. The Airtel person said everything was fine with my credit, etc and it should have all worked. I walked away with no new info.

Come Saturday night.. Nothing worked!! Not even normal phone or sms. I had big plans with peeps I had met, uber, etc. And I AM totally stuck!! Again I have to walk into store on Oxford street and hope they are open on Sunday. This is ridiculous.. My night is completely ruined.

Stay away from airtel. Mtn or vodafone can't be worse and they seem to have their own infrastructure so go with them. Mtn seems the most popular
