Good afternoon please my meter cable is burning which I reported to nsawam branch and they gave me a number to call, the guys came but they said unless I paid 600 cedis before they can resolve the issue I ask them what I'm paying for and they got annoyed and leave please do I have to pay for a burn cable or a burnt connector?
