Jumia, Ghana's no. 1 online retailer was established in May 2014 with the aim and vision to become the one-stop shop for retail in Ghana with the implementation of best practices both online and offline.
Jumia is the largest online retail store in Ghana.
At inception we did an average delivery time of a week, today we do, on average, delivery in 1-5 days.
Initially starting with 3 employees, Jumia presently has a staff strength of 80 young and entrepreneurial Ghanaians including our 8 man strong customer service team available 6 days a week.
Deliveries to all 10 Regions in Ghana.

Worse Store Ever
Jumia is the worse store ever to make a purchase from… and when you call their customer service… they intentionally ignore you… And as fair their delivery guys I guess they only employ insane guys for the delivery… they just take your money people… Don’t buy from them

JUMIA GHANA ... BE WARNED THEY ARE SCAMMERS
I ordered and paid for an item on 29th July 21. They promise to deliver it between 2nd Aug 21- 25th Aug 21. Today's date is 30th Aug 21, i have not received the item.
Their Customer Service is very very poor and there is no way of getting your refund for things you have paid for and never received. Their unresponsiveness is deliberate since the attitude portrays their intent to scam you by delivering their end of the contract.

each time i receive a text that they are delivering the item they will send another text claiming reschedule, it keeps on happening, with no where to turn to for help. DO NOT BUY FROM JUMIA GHANA YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I have not gotten my order yet. It has been a week now and I want a refund. Horrible service
they were to deliver an item for me. Simply that. Never came. I am still waiting. I called the numbers they gave me and they were all rude. They should deliver my item to me or give me a refund. And they should get workers who are not rude

Terrible customer service and have not received my item
I ordered an item which was supposed to be delivered last week but no response. Please how do I get my item. Your customer service is very poor and please let me know how I get my item or refund my money please. It has been a week and I am feeling so uneasy about this.I have already paid for it

I ordered a phone on the 12th of November and today is 18th of December I have not received any item but my delivery date was 10th to 11th December . please what is happening.i need my item.

Terrible customer service
I made a purchase for a particular brand and colour of water dispenser. They delivered the wrong brand and colour. I tried calling their hotline which did not go through so I had to fill out a form and I didn’t hear back till two days later. When I finally did and a return was requested, they indicated someone will come pick up the item for a refund. I never heard from anyone only to receive an email that the refund request had been cancelled. Meanwhile their policy is to return items within 7 days of receipt. Please don’t bother using this service. They don’t care about customers. They only care about the money. They don’t deserve a single star!

The worst customer service
I placed an order for an item , my money was taken from the momo wallet but Jumia claimed payment was unsuccessful. I went all the way to the office to make a complain for refund. I was promised 48hrs but it's been a week and there is no refund. Their numbers don't work and the ones that work meet you with no answer. Try shopping elsewhere and save yourself the stress

Unreliable service and poor customer care
After waiting for weeks for delivery of my items, Jumia cancelled my purchase and only refunded me for one of two items that I purchased.. very disappointed with their customer care (or rather lack of it).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
JUMIA DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN A SINGLE STAR WHEN THEY ARBITRARILY CANCEL ORDERS WHICH CLEARLY HAVE ARRIVED AND PAY CUSTOMERS BACK. YOUR CONTACT LINES DO NOT WORK AND YOUR DELIVERY PERSONS SWITCH OFF THEIR PHONE WHEN CANCELLATION AND REFUND IS DONE AT YOUR END. THIS MUST STOP!

Bad service
When you order an item that you pay on delivery.. it will be delivered but as soon as you pay fully you will never receive your product???? its never a good thing...

They refused to refund my money some months ago claiming they did/sent it to me but I haven't received any money. They are thieves.

They let you pay for things they don't have in stock
When you start to order a product, they don't make visible that the product is available. You can finish your order and do the payment without knowing that they don't have the product in stock. The explanation from their agent: "we have other brands you can choose from".
This is a nasty policy for doing business.

When you choose to pay by bank, only during the order process you see the banking details. After finishing the order you don't get it in a confirmation and you can't find it on their site. You have to call various times before they really send it.

Wrong item
i ordered for a grey 8cube wardrobe with shoe rack and four corners to be delivered to me at work, instead i got a black one without the side corners and had to go for it from the post office. Below is a picture of what i ordered

Bad payment method.
Your method of payment is not favouring your customers at all because my money has locked since yesterday and as at now I have not received any call from the customer service confirming when the things I purchased and paid via mobile money will be delivered. I am so disappointed.
