The worst customer service
I placed an order for an item , my money was taken from the momo wallet but Jumia claimed payment was unsuccessful. I went all the way to the office to make a complain for refund. I was promised 48hrs but it's been a week and there is no refund. Their numbers don't work and the ones that work meet you with no answer. Try shopping elsewhere and save yourself the stress
