Am really disappointed joining your company. My policy matured dec 2021 and till now have not got my money back.what can of insurance company are you.will never recommend this company to anyone. Please I need my money back or else

I feel very disappointed joining this campany. From June this year till now I have not received my claims and the most painful part is they don't pick calls. I will never say anything good about this company and will never recommend them to anyone.

They don't pick calls neither do they pay claims early. I have regretted deeply for joining this insurance company and on no occasion will I allow anybody close to me or whom I know to join this poor service insurance company.

You have refused to pick calls , since November 2019 my calls go through but NO ANSWER , pls I need my money back pls you go to bank and withdraw with ease nd it's time to pay claims nd it's 8 months now. It's a shame joining you I must say.

How long will it take for a policy holder to get his/her claims when the policy mature.

My policy has matured since January and I was told my check will be ready 31march but still nothing heard. What kind of service are you rendering or is it that your company has collapsed tell us we need answers.

What can of services are you people rendering to your customers?
