How long will it take for a policy holder to get his/her claims when the policy mature.

My policy has matured since January and I was told my check will be ready 31march but still nothing heard. What kind of service are you rendering or is it that your company has collapsed tell us we need answers.

What can of services are you people rendering to your customers?

My policy has matured since June 30th and yet have not received my claims. No one is picking up calls to say anything and you people are still deducting why?

Why is your service so so poor like that? Not a single time has my call been picked. It took me over two months before my claim was paid. Your are still deducting me for more than a year now. This is very bad

Please I applied for partial redrawal since February and I was told it will be ready in 8 weeks time but it's 12 weeks now. Unfortunately,nobody seem to be telling anything. Please!
