Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Monitoring of the company’s cars on GPS address system


Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education: Higher National Diploma
Requirements
  • 1. Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem solving skills, Critical thinking skills, Teamwork and, collaboration skills, Adaptability skills, Work ethic, Project management skills.2. Must be residing around Tema and its environment. 3. Must at least has a HND or degree in IT related field.
