Job vacancy Logistics Assistant

Strategically plan and optimise delivery routes for a fleet of vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to designated locations.
Coordinate and assign drivers to specific vehicles, considering factors such as experience, skill set, and delivery requirements.
Communicate delivery schedules and route information to drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Oversee the execution of delivery schedules, maintaining constant communication with drivers to address any issues or changes in plans.
Ensure that all deliveries meet quality standards and are completed within established timeframes.
Implement and manage a tracking system to monitor the real-time location and progress of delivery vehicles.
Respond promptly to any deviations from planned route
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including waybills, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
Enter and update delivery information in the company's database or logistics management system.
Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to deliveries in a timely and professional manner.


Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years
