Ensures that manpower and raw materials required are well planned as per next two days production plan to avoid shortages.
Ensures that all documentation concerning the ordering and releasing of both raw materials and finished goods are properly documented.
Ensures that all raw materials and production materials requested are labeled on the line.
Ensure that the right standard manpower number to work with is set and assigned work for all of them under my care. Fill and sign on daily basis production report with shift/Production manager.
Closely monitor all employees to make sure every employees is at his/her post.
Strictly monitor assigned role and responsibilities of operators and casuals on line to avoid any kind of production related issues.
Remove unwanted raw materials/items from production line and keep required raw materials/items at designated place only.
Remove previous product run raw materials from the production line and move them to work in progress area only.
Ensure all machines and conveyors are clean daily basis.
Switch OFF all electrical fans, conveyors and respective machines when not in use and/ when production has stopped.
Enforce all safety policies on the production floor.
Ensures that all PPE’s are requested and used regularly on the line.
Ensuring that the production floor is kept tidy and clean always


Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education: Higher National Diploma
