JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling customer information. Follow data protection guidelines to prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with sales teams to promote additional offerings and enhance customer relationships
  • Assist customers with their banking needs such as mobilization and withdrawals, loans etc….
  • Prospecting for new clients and reactivation of old customers
  • Maintaining good relationship with new and old customers


    • Education Required: WASSCE

    Requirements
    • With or without experience industry experience
    • AGE: 18 years and above
