Do you have a passion to ascertain fraud and credit risk and ensure they are properly managed at the branch level? Then Advans has the position for you! In joining the Risk team as Internal Controller, you will be responsible for reviewing compliance to controls at branches and head office in order to assure management. The position is permanent and based in our Head Office- Accra.
What will your role be?
The role holder will work within the Risk Department and will be responsible for reviewing compliance to controls at branches and head office to provide assurance to management, and ascertain that fraud and credit risk are properly managed at the branch level.

Absence of a working space in the intervening branches
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- A bachelor’s degree and other professional qualification.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with operational, financial, and quality assurance procedures and regulations is must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
