Education: First Degree

Requirements

Degree in HR Management from a reputed University.2. At least 3-6years experience in a reputed organization.3. Ability to independently handle Staff, Contract Worker and Union related issue.4. Experience in giving training to the Staff, Contract Workers, etc.5. Experience in liasioning with various government authorities. Industrial Experience of dealing with Contractors / Unions / Employees.
