Finance Officer

To develop and maintain financial control systems and procedures, financial reports of the the institution . Finance Manager is responsible for all external and internal reporting that is required by the company as well as monitoring cash flows and accurate forecasting, ensuring that appropriate controls and procedures are in place to ensure the accuracy of all information presented and regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and create annual budget to management and Board;
  • Manage and control daily of accounting transactions;
  • Manage cash account balance and verify bank reconciliation;
  • Control and verify of all expenses before CFO and CEO get approved;
  • Prepare financial report for quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily for management;
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly of financial report to management and stakeholders;
  • Prepare financial report and document to Tax Department for monthly and yearly tax declaration;
  • Create and update for financial policy, procedure, and guideline to ensure of up to date, adequate, strong internal control and compatible to the law and most practicable;
  • Review and further development of the accounting system in the scope of changing needs and requirement of the institution;
  • Analysis of financial statement to management and Boards;
  • Monthly prepare forecast of profit and loss statement;
  • Liaise with NBC and tax officials and external auditors;
  • Create COA for the institution;
  • Other duties as assigned by CFO


    • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

    Requirements
    • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Financial, Accounting, Banking, ACCA, CA etc.;
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance with MFIs
    • Understand about tax payment;
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
    • Professionalism and integrity ;
    • Very good inter personal relationship and leadership;
    • Excellent Knowledge in Excel
