Requirements
  • To excel as an ENT Nurse at Medwin Hearing Centre in Ghana, the following skills, qualifications, and experiences are essential:
  • 1. Nursing Qualification: Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana is mandatory.
  • 2. Specialized Training: Completion of additional training or certification in ENT nursing is preferred. Courses or workshops related to otolaryngology and audiometry are advantageous.
  • 3. Clinical Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in nursing, preferably with exposure to ENT or related fields. Experience in outpatient settings or clinics is beneficial.
  • 4. Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, including ear, nose, and throat examinations. Ability to perform audiometric testing and interpret results accurately.
