Job Description:
As an HR Assistant with expertise in the manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all HR operations run smoothly, and you will be a key resource for employees and management regarding HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a comprehensive knowledge of labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training. Handle exit procedures efficiently and conduct exit interviews when necessary.
Compliance with Labor Laws: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's policies and practices are in accordance with legal requirements.
Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the HR team in coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.

Qualifications:

Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
