Review Intentional odds suspended

Plz I don't understand why you normally suspend one match odds permanently when we stake a multiple bet,so that we can't do partial cashout, and also odds suspended and scores not available but the game is ongoing.
This is the third time you people are doing this, I win all games and you suspended one match and later tells me I lost why why.
