Review Inept system and customer service representatives

Sent money to my husband in Ghana four times. Each time I had to call and go through and extensive interview before transaction could be completed. He was able to pick up the money 3 different times, but the fourth time they said his license isn’t in the system so they wouldn’t give it to him. Customer service is a JOKE. They take the money out of your bank account immediately but a refund takes 5-7 business days. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!
