JOB PURPOSEThe successful applicant shall be responsible for implementing growth strategies for the Open Market project in a designated territory.
The role reports to the Alternative Channels Manager. ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
  • Devises strategies and initiatives to attain Active Phone shop agents and Merchant count and subscriber Acquisitions within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract and onboard new phone shops into the network.
  • Leads the efforts to acquire new merchants and businesses for the Organisation’s platform.
  • Foster strong relationships with phone shop partners and merchants, acting as the main point of contact.


    • Education Required: HND / Degree

    Requirements
    • Degree or HND in Marketing or any related field
    • 2 – 3 years of sales experience in the IT or Telecoms industry.
    • Must be able to maintain business and customer confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to travel within the assigned market as needed.
    • PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High degree in accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational, multi–tasking, and time management skills.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exposure to a multicultural working environment.
